We have a large selection of logs and timbers for sale, ranging from local Red Pine,  White Pine, and  Northern White Cedar.  A limited amount of Western Lodge Pole Pine  is also available.  With our WoodMizer band saw mill, we can custom saw specific sized timbers for you!   We have “character logs”!

Our local logs are cut only in the winter, and peeled early in the spring.    Logs are then stacked in piles and covered with tarps to keep rain off, but still allowing for air to move through the logs

Our Western Lodge Pole Pine  are cut from standing dead trees, and delivered in to us from Montana.

Upon request, we will try our best to supply specialty orders, and for an additional cost, we will hand peel the logs for you using draw knives.

We reccomend that the logs be treated with a natural borate product such as “penatreat” which is a fungicide/insecticide, after peeling.

  1. I AM INTERESTED IN BUILDING A HOUSE WITH SOME CORDWOOD WALLS EITHER 16″ OR MORE THICK. I AM WONDERING IF YOU HAVE ENDS THAT LENGTH; I COULD CUT LONGER LENGTHS TO SIZE. THE DIAMETER IS NOT A BIG CONCERN SINCE 70% WILL BE SPLIT BEFORE MOTORING THEM INTO A WALL. I WOULD NEED THEM MACHINE PEELED AND AS DRY AS POSSIBLE. THANKS

    Thanks

    • If you send us plans, we would be able to give you an estimated price. We would build at our yard here in Seeley, then dis-assemble the building, put it on a semi flat bed, and deliver it to your site. We then would re- assemble the building on your site. You would be responsible for trucking and crane time during re-assembly. Our homes usually go back up in two days.
